Kenneth Walsh BA(Econ) MA, FRSA, is a labour economist with over 25 years experience of research and consultancy in the fields of employment, labour markets, learning and skills. He has previously worked at the Institute for Employment Studies (where he remains an Associate Fellow), and ECOTEC Research & Consulting Ltd. He currently also holds posts as Executive Associate, HOST Policy Research and Research Associate at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills. His background is in applied research with leading organisations in the field in the UK and abroad. He specialises in Policy Evaluation, Labour Market Information and Analysis, and European Labour Market Policy. He works ar the international, national and local levels.
